SOAP Notes & Booking — Personal Care Planner is a productivity and organization application designed to help users manage clients, appointments, professional notes, SOAP-style notes, body map annotations, custom templates, and related business or personal care workflow information.
The app is provided as an organizational tool. You are responsible for determining whether the app is appropriate for your particular business, professional practice, regulatory environment, or intended use.
Your license to use this application is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), except where a valid custom license agreement is provided.

If there is a conflict regarding the license to use the Apple-distributed application, the applicable Apple terms and App Store requirements will apply to the extent required by Apple.
You may use the app only in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, professional obligations, and contractual requirements.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary authority, consent, permission, or lawful basis to enter and manage such information.
You are responsible for complying with any privacy, confidentiality, professional, licensing, recordkeeping, or data-protection requirements that apply to your work or business.
The app uses a local-first architecture for core app records. Information stored locally may depend on the continued availability and security of your device and app installation.
You are responsible for protecting your device, maintaining appropriate device security, and preserving information that you are legally or professionally required to retain.
Deleting the app, resetting app data, losing access to your device, or performing other destructive actions may result in permanent loss of locally stored information.

Use of the app does not guarantee compliance with any particular professional standard, licensing rule, privacy law, healthcare regulation, record-retention requirement, or industry requirement.
You are responsible for evaluating and complying with the requirements that apply to your own profession, business, jurisdiction, and use of client information.
The app may offer optional Premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
Available subscription options may include monthly and multi-month subscription plans. The exact subscription period and localized price applicable to you will be displayed in the app and through the Apple App Store purchase interface before you confirm your purchase.
Payment will be charged through your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them in accordance with Apple's subscription management procedures.
You can manage or cancel your subscriptions through your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation generally stops future renewal and does not retroactively refund a subscription period that has already been purchased, except where refunds are provided by Apple or required by applicable law.
Subscription prices, taxes, currencies, and availability may vary by country or region. The price presented by Apple at the time of purchase is the applicable purchase price for that transaction.
Certain app functionality may be available without a Premium subscription, while other features or capacity limits may require an active Premium entitlement.
The availability, organization, and scope of free and Premium features may change as the app evolves, subject to applicable laws and Apple's App Store requirements.
Purchasing Premium does not transfer ownership of the app to you. It provides access to eligible Premium functionality for the duration of the applicable entitlement.
Where supported, eligible purchases and subscription entitlements may be restored using the Restore Purchases function provided in the app.
Restoration is subject to Apple's transaction records, App Store account status, product availability, and applicable Apple policies.
App Store purchases are processed by Apple. The developer does not directly process your full payment card information for Apple In-App Purchases.
Requests relating to billing, payment processing, refunds, or App Store transactions may be subject to Apple's applicable policies and procedures.
We may update, improve, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app from time to time.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device, operating system version, country, or region.
Updates may be required to maintain compatibility, security, functionality, or compliance with platform requirements.
The app is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
While reasonable efforts may be made to provide a reliable product, uninterrupted, completely error-free, or permanently available operation cannot be guaranteed.
Device failure, operating system changes, storage limitations, software errors, user actions, or third-party platform services may affect availability or functionality.
You are responsible for maintaining any records, exports, copies, or backups necessary for your business, professional obligations, or personal needs.
You should not rely on a single device or a single app installation as the only copy of information that you are legally, professionally, or operationally required to retain.
Certain functionality, including App Store distribution, In-App Purchases, subscriptions, transaction processing, and operating system services, is provided by Apple or other platform services.
Those services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability requirements, and account rules.
The app, its original software, design, branding, graphics, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license granted to use the app, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided without guarantees that it will meet every specific professional, business, legal, regulatory, or operational requirement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for losses resulting solely from unauthorized device access, loss or damage of a user's device, failure to maintain required records or backups, misuse of the app, or use of the app in violation of applicable professional or legal obligations.
Any limitations of liability contained in the applicable Apple Standard EULA also apply where legally applicable.
Your right to use the app may end if you materially violate these Terms, the applicable license agreement, or applicable law.
Termination of your right to use the app does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription. Apple subscriptions must be managed through the appropriate Apple Account subscription settings.
