Privacy Policy

Information We Store

• Customer name, contact details, and job-site address you enter.
• Photos you capture or import as job evidence, along with technical metadata (capture time, GPS coordinates and accuracy when captured on site, and a SHA-256 integrity hash).
• Estimates, change orders, invoices, and notes you create.
• Customer signatures captured directly in the app.
• Your business profile (name, phone, email, license number, address).

Where Information Is Stored

All of the information above is stored locally on your device, in the app's private storage area. This app does not operate a server and does not sync your data to any cloud service.

Location Data

Location access is used only to verify a job site's GPS coordinates when you request GPS verification or capture a photo on site. Imported photos never carry a live GPS verification. You can decline or later disable location access in iOS Settings; declining does not prevent you from using the rest of the app.

Sharing Your Data

You control sharing. Proof reports (PDFs) are only shared when you explicitly use the Share action, using the standard iOS share sheet (for example, to send by email or messaging apps of your choice). This app does not transmit your data anywhere on its own.

Purchases

This app offers an optional Job Evidence Premium subscription, billed monthly. Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. This app does not collect or store payment card information.

Analytics and Tracking

This app does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

Data Deletion

Deleting a draft job removes it and its photos from the app's local storage. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data. Locked (signed) reports are retained until you delete them, consistent with keeping accurate business records.
