Terms of Use

Purpose of the App

This app helps you document job-site work: customer and job details, before/during/after photos, GPS verification, estimates, change orders, invoices, customer sign-off, and a proof-of-work PDF report. It is a documentation tool, not a substitute for legal, insurance, or contractual advice.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, the authenticity of photos you capture or import, and for obtaining any signatures or approvals in a manner consistent with your own business and legal obligations. This app truthfully labels photo provenance (captured on site vs. imported) and GPS verification status, but cannot independently verify facts about your job site.

No Payment Processing

Estimates and invoices created in this app are documentation of amounts estimated, invoiced, and due. This app does not process customer payments of any kind; any "paid" status you set is a manual record you control, not a transaction performed by this app.

Reports and Amendments

Once a report is signed by the customer, it is locked and its original content cannot be edited. Any correction after sign-off must be made through the Amendment feature, which creates a new, separately signed record that references the original; it does not alter the original report.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

This app does not guarantee any particular outcome in a customer dispute, insurance claim, or legal proceeding. It is your responsibility to determine whether the evidence and documentation produced meet your needs.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this app to create fraudulent, misleading, or falsified records, including misrepresenting imported photos as captured on site or fabricating GPS, signature, or timestamp information.

Intellectual Property

The app and its design are the property of its developer. Your business data, photos, and reports remain yours.

Free Use and Premium

Your first Proof Session is free. After that, creating additional Proof Sessions requires an active Job Evidence Premium subscription. Proof reports, evidence, and other records you have already created remain accessible even if your subscription lapses or is not renewed.

Purchases

Job Evidence Premium is an auto-renewable monthly subscription billed and managed by Apple according to your App Store account and Apple's terms. Auto-renewal terms are disclosed on the purchase screen before you buy, and you can manage or cancel a subscription any time in Settings → Purchases → Manage Subscription.

Warranties and Liability

This app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this app.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the app evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Terms

App Store purchases are additionally governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
