Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the current version of MC CashFlow handles information. It applies to the MC CashFlow iPhone app and this legal and support website.
Information in the app
MC CashFlow lets you enter financial records such as income, expenses, dates, amounts, categories, accounts, payment methods, merchants, and notes. The current app stores these records locally on your device. The current app does not provide an MC CashFlow account, developer-operated cloud synchronization, or developer-operated cloud backup.
Information received by MC CashFlow
The current app has no developer-operated network service for receiving your financial records. It does not include advertising, tracking, analytics, remote crash-reporting, or push-notification services. Information processed only on your device is not sent to us by the current app.
If you email Support, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, message, and attachments. Use only the information needed for your request. Do not send passwords, bank-login credentials, full payment-card numbers, authentication secrets, or private encryption keys.
Local storage and security
The current app stores its main financial database in the app's private iOS container and uses SQLCipher database encryption. Encryption reduces risk but cannot provide an absolute guarantee of security. Device access controls, operating-system behavior, backups, screenshots, copied information, and other software can affect privacy outside the app's control.
Deletion and retention
Deleting a transaction first places it in Recently Deleted. It can normally be restored before its 30-calendar-day deadline. You may also confirm permanent deletion. Automatic removal can be delayed when the app detects an unsafe device-clock change. These controls apply to the app's local database; they cannot remove copies in device backups, screenshots, messages, or other locations outside the app.
Purchases and subscriptions
The current app does not send purchase or payment-card information to an MC CashFlow server. If Apple purchasing is offered, Apple processes the transaction under Apple's terms and privacy practices. MC CashFlow does not receive full payment-card details from Apple.
Sharing and third parties
The current app has no developer-operated sharing or cloud-sync service. Apple and your device or network providers may process information independently when providing the App Store, operating-system, backup, email, or website-access services. Their practices are governed by their own policies.
This website
This static website contains no advertising or analytics scripts and intentionally sets no cookies. It is hosted by GitHub Pages, so GitHub and network providers may process technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, under their own privacy practices.
Your choices
You control the records stored in the app and can edit or delete them using available app controls. MC CashFlow has no cloud account or cloud-data portal for the current app. For privacy questions about information you sent directly to Support, email myskyocean2024@gmail.com.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when the app or our practices change. The current effective date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes apply prospectively as permitted by law.
