These Terms govern your use of MC CashFlow. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
App purpose
MC CashFlow is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not a bank, payment processor, accounting firm, tax adviser, financial adviser, or law firm. Information and calculations in the app are not professional advice.
Your records and responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, classification, review, and lawful use of information you enter. Verify records and calculations before relying on them for financial, accounting, tax, legal, or business decisions. Maintain any independent records or backups you consider necessary.
Access levels and purchases
MC CashFlow currently offers two access levels: MC CashFlow Free, which does not require a paid subscription, and MC CashFlow Premium, a paid subscription entitlement. Availability and included capabilities may vary. If a paid subscription is offered through Apple, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and purchase disclosures Apple presents at confirmation control that transaction. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription through your Apple account settings. These Terms do not promise a trial, promotion, refund, or particular paid feature.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, violate another person's rights, or use the app unlawfully. You must have the right to enter and use any information you place in the app.
Ownership
MC CashFlow and its original design, software, text, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You retain responsibility for and any rights you have in the records you enter.
Availability and changes
The app may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. Features can depend on your device, iOS version, App Store availability, or separately offered access level. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MC CashFlow is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider of MC CashFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension or termination
You may stop using and remove the app at any time. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, legal requirements, or discontinued functionality, subject to applicable law and App Store rules.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains the current app's information practices and is incorporated by reference where permitted.
Apple license terms
These website Terms supplement and do not replace the Apple Standard End User License Agreement that applies when no custom EULA is configured. No custom App Store EULA is established by this webpage.
Changes and contact
