Under the current App configuration, this study information is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to or stored in a developer-operated user account or cloud database.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The App may offer Premium access through Apple In-App Purchase, including subscription options and a one-time lifetime purchase.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and Apple's StoreKit services. We do not directly collect or store your complete payment card number or banking information.
The App may receive purchase-related information from Apple that is necessary to determine whether Premium access is active, restore eligible purchases, and provide purchased functionality.
Apple's handling of information is governed by Apple's own privacy policies and terms.
4. Restore Purchases
The App provides a Restore Purchases function for eligible purchases associated with your Apple ID.
Restoration and purchase verification are handled through Apple's App Store services. We do not receive your Apple ID password or complete payment information.
5. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking
The current version of the App is not designed to include third-party advertising or cross-app advertising tracking.
We do not sell your personal information.
The current version of the App does not use third-party advertising identifiers for behavioral advertising.
If analytics, crash-reporting services, advertising services, cloud synchronization, or other services that materially change our data practices are introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated as appropriate.
6. Device Permissions
The App does not require access to sensitive device features such as your precise location, contacts, microphone, camera, or health records for its core exam-preparation functionality.
If a future feature requires additional device permissions, the App will request permission through the operating system and explain the purpose of the request where required.
7. Support Communications
If you voluntarily contact us for support, you may provide information such as your email address, device details, screenshots, or a description of the issue you are experiencing.
Information voluntarily submitted for support purposes will be used to respond to your request, troubleshoot the reported issue, improve support, and maintain appropriate support records.
Please do not include sensitive medical, financial, or other unnecessary personal information in a support request.

10. Data Retention and Deletion
Study progress and related information stored locally on your device generally remain on the device until you reset or remove the relevant data through available App features, clear the App's data where supported, or uninstall the App.
Removing the App may permanently remove locally stored study information unless your device or operating system separately preserves or restores that information through a device backup.
Information voluntarily provided through a support request may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain support records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations.
11. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information under our control.
However, no electronic storage system, device, or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for your device, Apple ID, passwords, and device backups.
12. Children's Privacy
The App is intended as a professional certification exam-preparation and educational resource and is not directed to children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13 through the App.
If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been provided to us in a manner that requires deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as required by applicable law.

The App provides educational and exam-preparation content only.
The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency guidance, or professional healthcare services. Information in the App should not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment, institutional policies, official training, or applicable laws and regulations.
14. Independent Application
Phlebotomy CPT Exam Prep is an independent educational exam-preparation application.
The App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with the National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
References to certification examinations, credentials, or certification organizations are used solely to describe the educational purpose of the App.
15. International Users
If you use the App from outside the United States, applicable privacy and data-protection rights may vary depending on your jurisdiction.
We will handle information under our control in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our practices, legal requirements, or platform requirements.
When material changes are made, the revised policy will be published on this page with an updated effective or last-updated date.

18. Privacy Choices
