1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using RBT Exam Prep, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Educational purpose only
The app provides study materials, practice questions, review tools, notes, terminology, progress information, and exam-style simulations for general educational purposes.
The app does not provide professional, clinical, legal, employment, or certification advice. It is not a substitute for official requirements, qualified instruction, supervision, or professional judgment.
3. No official exam content or guarantee
Practice questions are independently prepared study materials and are not official examination questions. Scores, progress, recommendations, and mock exam results are estimates for study purposes only.
Use of the app does not guarantee passing any examination, satisfying eligibility requirements, obtaining employment, or earning or maintaining certification.
4. User responsibilities
You are responsible for verifying current examination, eligibility, training, supervision, renewal, and professional requirements with the appropriate official organization. You are also responsible for protecting your device and any locally stored study data.
5. Limited license
Subject to these terms and applicable app-store rules, you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful, noncommercial study purposes.
You may not copy, resell, publicly distribute, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or use app content to create a competing product, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
6. Availability and changes
Features, content, availability, and supported operating systems may change. The developer may correct, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app when reasonably necessary.
7. Intellectual property
The app's original software, layout, branding, graphics, and independently authored study content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification or descriptive reference.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of opportunity, exam results, certification decisions, or reliance on app content. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by law.
10. Termination
Your permission to use the app may end if you materially violate these terms. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability provisions, will remain effective.
11. Apple terms
When the app is obtained through Apple's App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's applicable terms. Apple is not responsible for the app's content, maintenance, or support except as required by applicable law or Apple's own terms.
12. Changes and contact
