RBT Exam Prep is an independent educational study application. This Privacy Policy applies to the RBT Exam Prep mobile app and this support website.
2. Information stored by the app
The current app is designed to work without creating a user account. Study information is stored locally on your device and may include:
- practice answers and learning progress;
- saved questions, missed questions, and review status;
- mock exam sessions and result history;
- language and app preferences.
This local study information is not transmitted to developer-operated servers by the app.
3. Information the developer may receive
The developer may receive information only when you voluntarily contact support, such as your email address, message, screenshots, device model, app version, or other details you choose to provide.
Apple may process App Store downloads, purchases, crash reports, and diagnostics under Apple's own terms and privacy policies. The developer may receive aggregated or diagnostic information made available through Apple's developer services, depending on your device and privacy settings.
4. Advertising, tracking, and sale of data
The current app does not include developer-operated advertising, does not use information for cross-app tracking, and does not sell personal information.
5. How information is used
Information voluntarily submitted to support may be used to answer your request, troubleshoot a problem, improve the app, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
6. Data retention and deletion
Local study data remains on your device until you reset it in the app, clear the app's data through the operating system, or uninstall the app. Support correspondence may be retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, document the issue, prevent abuse, or meet legal requirements.
You may request deletion of support correspondence by emailing mblexexamprep@gmail.com. Some records may be retained where legally required or necessary for security and fraud prevention.
7. External services and links
The app or website may link to Apple services or external websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. RBT Exam Prep is not responsible for third-party websites or services.
8. Children's privacy
The app is intended as a professional exam-preparation study tool and is not directed to children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the app.
9. Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect information submitted to support. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
