1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Seller Dispute Shield: Proof ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Subscription — Monthly Proof Pass
The App offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called Monthly Proof Pass, priced at US$7.99 per month.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account: open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, and select Seller Dispute Shield: Proof, or manage it through the App Store subscription settings.
Deleting the App from your device does not cancel your subscription. If you no longer wish to be charged, you must cancel the subscription through your Apple Account before the renewal date.
3. Purpose of the App
Seller Dispute Shield: Proof is a documentation and organizational tool designed to help users record and organize information relating to shipments, orders, deliveries, and dispute evidence.
The App does not submit disputes on your behalf and does not control decisions made by marketplaces, payment processors, banks, carriers, customers, or other third parties.
4. No Guarantee of Dispute Outcome
Use of the App does not guarantee that a dispute, chargeback, marketplace claim, refund review, insurance claim, delivery claim, or other proceeding will be decided in your favor.
Each marketplace, payment provider, carrier, bank, or other service may apply its own rules, evidence requirements, deadlines, and decision-making procedures.
5. Not Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice
The App provides documentation and organizational tools only. Nothing in the App constitutes legal advice, legal representation, financial advice, tax advice, or other professional advice.
You should obtain independent professional advice when appropriate for your situation.
6. Your Responsibility for Evidence
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, and authenticity of the information and evidence you enter, retain, export, or share using the App.
You should review all information before submitting it to any marketplace, payment processor, bank, carrier, customer, government authority, court, or other third party.
